NFT Calculator

What is your NFT collection actually worth — not at floor, but after fees, royalties and gas? This free NFT Calculator shows the real cash-out value of any NFT portfolio in both ETH and USD, instantly. Enter how many NFTs you hold, the floor price and the live ETH price, and see exactly what would land in your wallet if you liquidated today on OpenSea, Blur, Magic Eden or Rarible. No signup, no

What this calculator does

The 'floor price × holdings' number you see on OpenSea is the most misleading metric in crypto. It assumes zero slippage, zero fees and instant buyers — none of which exist. A 10-NFT collection at 0.5 Ξ floor is 5 Ξ on paper, but after OpenSea's 2.5% fee, a 5% creator royalty, and ~$8 gas per sale, you actually walk away with 4.65 Ξ — a 7% slippage on a healthy mint, much worse on dead collections.

How it works

Marketplaces matter. Blur charges 0.5% (vs OpenSea's 2.5%) and pioneered royalty-optional trading — top traders save 5-10% per liquidation by using Blur for blue-chip NFTs. Magic Eden charges 2% on Solana NFTs but recently launched cross-chain. Rarible sits between (1%) and is preferred for European collectors.

Real example: 5 Pudgy Penguins at 12 Ξ floor with ETH at $3,500 = 60 Ξ paper value = $210,000. Liquidate on OpenSea (2.5% + 5% royalty + $8 gas/sale) = 55.5 Ξ →

94,250. Same liquidation on Blur with 0% royalty negotiated = 59.7 Ξ → $208,950. The marketplace choice alone is worth
4,700 on a single portfolio cash-out.

When to use this calculator

Use this calculator before executing any trade — not just after. Knowing the exact net proceeds after fees and estimated taxes gives you the true profit figure, not the gross amount that the exchange displays.

Common mistakes

The most expensive error is computing profit without accounting for trading fees. Fees on both entry and exit trades reduce net profit — and at scale, they represent a significant portion of gross gains. Always input accurate fee rates.

Real-world scenarios

A DCA investor wants to know the blended cost basis and overall P&L across 12 monthly purchases at varying prices. The calculator aggregates the position to show the average entry price, total investment, and current gain or loss as a percentage.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate my NFT portfolio value?

Multiply number of NFTs by current floor price (in ETH), then multiply by ETH/USD price. For real cash-out value, subtract marketplace fees (0.5-2.5%), creator royalties (typically 5%) and gas (~$5-15/sale). This calculator does both instantly.

What is NFT floor price slippage?

Slippage is the gap between paper value (floor × holdings) and real cash you receive after fees, royalties and gas. Healthy collections: 5-10% slippage. Dead collections: 30-90% slippage because there are no actual buyers at floor.

Which NFT marketplace has the lowest fees in 2026?

Blur charges 0.5% (cheapest for Ethereum). OpenSea: 2.5%. Magic Eden: 2% (Solana, also cross-chain now). Rarible: 1%. Royalties (set by creator) are separate from marketplace fees and typically range 0-7.5%.

Do I need to pay taxes when selling NFTs?

Yes. In the US, NFT sales are capital gains. Held under 1 year: short-term capital gains (your ordinary income rate). Over 1 year: long-term (0%, 15% or 20%). Use real cash-out value (after fees) as your sale price, not floor.

Can I borrow against my NFT portfolio?

Yes, on platforms like NFTfi, BendDAO and Arcade. Loans are typically 30-50% of real liquidation value (not floor). This calculator gives you the exact LTV-eligible number lenders will use.
